1. How does the InfoTeam Reseller Program work?
   It's pretty simple. When you sign up as a reseller you choose either the Reseller Plus Plan or the Reseller VIP Plan, and pay a setup fee and first month hosting of your master account. You can use your master account for your own web site and will be billed a set price per month, based on your plan. You can then purchase any of InfoTeam's hosting plans for your customers, at a discount based on your total number of accounts. You bill your customers directly and charge whatever you want, and we bill you once per month for your master account and all other accounts at the appropriate discount.

2. How do I qualify for the InfoTeam Reseller Program?
   Qualifying is easy. Anyone wishing to sell web hosting services may qualify. All you have to do is sign up and agree to the tems of our Reseller Agreement.

3. Will my customers know InfoTeam actually provides their hosting service?
   No. Your customers will FTP, browse, and send & receive email through the account's domain name. Thus, this allows for a complete virtual presence on the Web. This also allows you to claim the InfoTeam hosting services as your own and charge whatever price you wish to your customers. InfoTeam does not have any regulations on such pricing, but recommends you charge the same price as InfoTeam's regular rates.

4. How is domain name registration and transfer handled?
   InfoTeam will register any new domain names you need and bill you at our regular rate. This is done through your Current Reseller Add Account online form. You can then bill your customer whatever price you wish. For domain names you want to host that require transfer, we will locate the appropriate registrar and submit the transfer request for no charge.

5. How many accounts should I have to take advantage of this program?
   You can start with just one account and begin to get discounts, and will begin to see significant savings on your eleventh account.

6. How am I billed for the master and each resold account?
   Your master account will be billed at the same rate each month, based on your Reseller Plan. On the first of every month the number of your resold accounts will be totaled and the appropriate discount will be applied. The total cost of all resold accounts will then be added to the price of your master account and your credit card will be billed.
   Each new resold account will be billed to your credit card the day it is set up, at a prorated rate for the days remaining in that month.
   Payment for the Reseller Plus Plan and any resold accounts are payable on a month to month basis by Credit Card Only. Payment for the Reseller VIP Plan may be made by check after receiving monthly invoices.

7. Can I resell space within my master account?
   Yes. You may use your master account web space in any way you like as long as it does not violate either InfoTeam's Reseller Agreement, or InfoTeam's Web Hosting Subscription Agreement. The best way to resell space within your own account is to activate restricted FTP accounts that restrict users to their own directory for uploading within your domain. Your master account will incur a $5.00/month per FTP account charge and you can resell these accounts at any price you want.

8. Who will provide technical support to my clients?
   You the reseller will be responsible for all support to your clients. InfoTeam will provide technical support to you or your staff.
   Your clients should never contact, nor even know of InfoTeam, as you are the contact for all technical, sales, billing, and other support questions. Under no circumstance are your clients to contact InfoTeam directly, either by phone or email. Such action is to be considered a violation of the Reseller Agreement, and no discount will be offered to you in the future.
