InfoTeam's domain registration, web hosting, and internet access services are all prepaid services. All services billed monthly at a rate of $30.00/month or less are billed by credit card only. InfoTeam does accept all major credit cards. Web design services have different billing and payment terms based on the project, but generally require a minimum 50% down payment.

InfoTeam adheres to a strict policy of service suspension for accounts more than 60 days past due.
