CGI Scripts - Form Handler

Below is a sample form using the FormMail script available to all InfoTeam hosting clients.

To add this form to your web site, insert this code. This is a text file. Just copy and paste it into your html file.

You will need to make changes to configure it properly for what you want to do. These configurations are explained in comments in the code. The primary value to be changed is recipient. The recipient address must be @ your_domain.  By default, info@(your_domain) is available; contact us if you require additional addresses to be supported.
